How Production Runs

  • 1. Brief and formula review – dosage form, actives, target market and label requirements are agreed in writing.
  • 2. Sampling – a prototype batch is produced on the same equipment as commercial runs, normally within 1-2 weeks.
  • 3. Raw material release – incoming ingredients are identity-tested and released against specification before use.
  • 4. Production – blending, filling or depositing, with in-process checks on weight, uniformity and appearance.
  • 5. Quality release – finished-product testing for assay, heavy metals and microbial counts, with a batch COA issued.
  • 6. Packaging – bottles, jars, pouches or stick packs, with label and barcode verification.
  • 7. Dispatch – export documentation prepared, then shipped direct from China or through US-based fulfillment.

Where Quality Fits In

Every batch is backed by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, not a generic specification sheet. Both facilities are certified and audited – see certifications for the full list, including cGMP, NSF, FDA registration, ISO 22000, HACCP, HALAL and BRCGS.
